About Sunya Giri Orphanage

Sunya Giri Orphanage was established in 1 June 2001 by Bhakti Visva Rupa Foundation.


Drs. Made Meja		 Bhakti Visva Rupa Foundation is a social foundation
(No. 178/BBS/OS/XI/2001) proposes to improve Indonesian manpower to be productive assets and to set the foundation for nation building. The foundation has since been serving the poor and needy in the area of Denpasar.

As a social foundation, Bhakti Visva Rupa Foundation encourages basic education among underprivileged children, support the children to have sustained manner and facilitate them with practical skills.

To reach the educational goals, Bhakti Visva Rupa Foundation set up Sunya Giri Orphanage. The orphanage by means of Bhakti Visva Rupa Foundation provides food, clothing, shelter and a chance for constructive future through vocational and educational training, which these all to prepare the children for their future role in society.

Sunya Giri Orphanage is managed by a board of staff, formed by Bhakti Visva Rupa Foundation, and is comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds. The board has full rights to manage, monitor and report the progress at the orphanage.
